Refund & Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it (unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging)
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and clear instructions on how to send the item back.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or personalized products
- Perishable goods (food, plants, etc.)
- Personal care products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item and place a new order once your return is approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without explanation.
Returned items must meet the same condition requirements stated above.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your refund status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.
